Lindy Royer

Lindy is a graduate in Physiotherapy from the world-leading Cumberland College of Health Sciences in Lidcombe, Australia. She moved to Colorado in the early 1980s to pursue her passion for skiing, and after working as a Ski Patroller and Fitness Center Manager, Lindy received her Colorado Physical Therapy license and moved to Denver.

After encountering a number of health challenges in the 1990’s, Lindy embraced a more holistic approach to health and fitness. In 2005, she opened her movement studio, Park Meadows Pilates & Physical Therapy, in Lone Tree, Colorado, now known as Park Meadows Center for Movement. The studio combines research-based science, whole-body movement, and the power of visualization to help people have a better understanding of how they’re designed to move more freely and confidently.

Lindy is a Master Educator for Balanced Body Education, the leading Movement Education company in the world, and hosts instructor training in Pilates, CoreAlign®, and other cutting-edge movement programs.
