As Managing Director for Global Impact Canada, Ms. Shapter is growing Canadian-led partnerships and resources for the world’s most vulnerable. She is a senior non-profit leader with 25 years of experience across five continents and a proven capacity to leverage technology and strategic alliances to scale poverty alleviation programs. She has held leadership roles in some of the world’s most respected International NGOs and Foundations. Ms. Shapter’s passion is creating organization-wide transformational change by building high performance teams and cultures of accountability and purpose.
Ms. Shapter has a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University in Canada. She has been recognized nationally and internationally for leadership in the service of others.
