Flossie O’Leary brings extensive experience in design thinking, strategy design, strategic planning and frameworks, board governance, organizational and leadership development, community engagement, and partnership development. This results from a career that started in New York’s fashion industry and led to Colorado where education and community health inspired her to find solutions to complex social problems.
Along the way, Flossie amplified her voice. Literally. She regularly responds to a comment by belting out one line of a song and has been published in journals and books. Her ability to build relationships and translate organizational goals allowed her to raise over $36 million in nonprofit grants and social impact investments for conscious companies.
Flossie launched Ripple Affect to help organizations build strategic alignment internally and community engagement externally. Whichever door clients enter, she guides them through her door of effective leadership. She holds a BS in Communications from Rutgers University and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Regis University.
