An Outline of the Changes We are Introducing to Fall Retreat in 2020

We are in thoughtful design of what we know can be a new “Sisters Safe” version of the Fall Retreat. We will be flexible as the summer progresses, and we will be in line with Colorado and Federal rules for safe gatherings.  

You have a few ways to participate:

  • Attend the Camp either as an overnight guest or by driving down for the day and not sleeping on site.
  • Stay at home and enjoy a live broadcast Saturday Night for the party and receive your crafts and gifts at a later date.

Our on-site guests will have spread out accommodations of two to four per room, three in each of 6 Yurts, and the opportunity to tent camp or bring a camper.   • We will have socially distanced seating for the Assembly
  • Meals will be in small waves, and not buffet style.
  • 5 breakout sessions will be in distanced locations and have groups of 10-12.
  • We will also have outside activities like photography, PsycheHilke® and walking the Labyrinth
  • We will socially distance in the Bow-tique and Personal Services will be offered on a case by case basis when we are closer to September
  • Saturday afternoon will be an outdoor live Music, Art & Ideas Festival
  • Any registered Camper can choose to drive down (about 90 minutes south of central Denver) all three days or any day with no on-site overnights
  • For those who choose not to physically attend, you will get a broadcast link to enjoy the Saturday Night 15th Anniversary Party and a Camp Gift Box of all the goodies and craft projects (Value over $150) for pick up at the October 1 reunion event at Closet Factory.
