3:15 pm                Keynote- Deb Roffe, Dreams to Reality Through Vision Boarding

What is a vision board?

A vision board is a system of collaging pictures, images and words from various types of media (magazines, books, photos and cards) that allows you to discover and manifest your inner desires, passions and goals.

Do you have trouble setting goals and living your dreams?

A vision board is a physical picture of your desired reality. Constructing a vision board allows you to envision your goals and create an object that symbolizes your future life.

What you’ll take home is a poster-board that is a visual representation or blueprint of the life of your dreams.

Deb Roffe, RN, BSN, CPCC, is a Certified Life Coach and founder of Summit Life Coaching.  Deb brings a wealth of experience to her role as a life coach, not only through her insightful intuition but also as a nurse, an artist, independent business owner, mother of three, and outdoor enthusiast. Deb has a natural gift to communicate with people, and her creativity and caring for her clients have helped many to not only create and believe their vision, but to manifest their professional and personal goals.
