Join Emma for a comprehensive lecture in practical healthy practices for daily life based on the principles of Shudh Ayurved in the Shaka Vanisya Tradition. Shaka Vanisya Ayurved has a vast tradition going thousands of years back to the Magi (the wise men traveled from Magi to anoint Christ with healing gifts). Purity of Tradition is very much valued throughout India, for all the differing paths. The SVA tradition has been passed down generation by generation keeping the purity and integrity of the classical teachings. There is much emphasis placed on the relationship and influence of the vibrational and physical body. The SVA tradition takes an expansive view on how the foods we eat translate into the prana that illuminates the physical body and has guidelines and teachings specific to retaining as much prana as possible in our day-to-day lives.
