|Dr. Ray Mencini|
Dr. Mencini currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Centura Health Physician Group. He also serves as the Medical Director of the MNDOG Breast Network. He was honored this past year as one of the Real Men Wear Pink, by the American Cancer Society.
Dr. Mencini earned his undergraduate degree from St. Louis University and graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and completed a fellowship in interventional radiology at The University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he also completed his residency.
Originally from Ohio, he relocated to Denver in 1984 and helped develop the field of Interventional Radiology, both at St. Anthony Hospitals, as well as locally and nationally. He has been honored to be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology. He has participated on extensive hospital boards and served in leadership positions, including serving multiple terms as President of the Medical Staff of St. Anthony Hospital. Dr. Mencini was also the Interim CEO of St. Anthony Hospital during its relocation to the new campus.
He and his wife, Gail, are the proud parents of four sons and now enjoy the greater excitement of two grandchildren.
