Join annual Camp favorite Lisa Wolf for a wonderful start to your day with gentle yoga and stretching. Lisa uses her many years as an Iyengar Yoga instructor to design a class for all levels. The practice of Iyengar yoga brings you to where you should be in your life. It keeps your physical body healthy and your emotions in balance. Through this balance you achieve confidence and willpower.

Join us for mediation and guided visualization and learn powerful techniques for grounding, centering, and shielding yourself, plus ways to quickly release your tension and stress.
Friday and Saturday nights we have created a hub of fun social activities in the Main Lodge – Jake’s Place Dining Hall. Of course, this adds to the fun of Bow-tique shopping and has access to snacks and wine. Look for:

Games are a great way to play, to learn, to activate your brain, and to share fun connections with your Camp Sisters!
Friday and Saturday nights we will play team games, like “Cranium” and “Trivial Pursuit” and smaller group games like “Qwirkle”, “Uno” and “Crowns”. All game rules will be taught, so no experience is necessary. CONNECT and come for the FUN!
Campfire Story Telling: hosted by Paul Romig-Leavitt
Join us outside the Main Lodge at Christen and Dave Resmo’s Airstream camper and custom firepit to tell your own story. Stories will be used on the Camp website, to inspire women, and as part of the new virtual CampExperience.
Special thanks to Christen and Dave for the use of their amazing Airstream. Ask Dave about your own custom, backyard firepit and all your grilling needs.
Paul is the founder and president of Torn Curtain Arts, a non-profit organization designed to cultivate dramatic art and artists in Denver. Paul is a writer, director, and actor who has performed for thousands of people over the last 10 years in Christian outreach events around the country. Paul produces two regular podcasts with Torn Curtain Arts, The Kitchen with his wife and collaborator Christa Romig-Leavitt and Father(s) with screenwriter Ruben Rodriguez. Paul also works as the Creative Arts Pastor at Restoration Community Church in Denver and lives with his wife and 2 daughters in Broomfield, CO.
